Intent to Sole Source - Summit Venue Services

AFDW/PKS intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) sole source contract to the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, for a general assembly space to accommodate 300 participants, has 3 breakout rooms to accommodate 75 – 100 participants each, can offer lodging within the government’s per diem rates, and provide audio visual requirements as describe in the PWS under the authority set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The services will have a period of performance from 27 January 2025 through 30 January 2025.

The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The PSC code is X1AB, Lease/Rental of Conference Space and Facilities.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive proposals, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice no later than close of business 26 November 2024. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the Government to be able to determine if the interested party can meet the requirements described herein. The Government will not reimburse any party for any information or proposals received in response to this announcement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
