Amendment Notice
The purpose of this amendment is to address questions submitted by industry stakeholders regarding the solicitation. By providing responses to these inquiries, the amendment ensures greater clarity and understanding of the solicitation requirements and expectations. This process promotes transparency and allows all vendors to base their proposals on accurate and consistent information, thereby fostering a fair and competitive environment. Due to technical issues, we are aware the solicitation number in SAM is W91YTZ25Q0045 and the number on the solicitation document is W91YTZ25QA045. This cannot be corrected.

This solicitation is hereby extended to Monday, 31 March, at 1:00 PM (EST time). All prior quotes received will remain valid and in effect if the vendor acknowledge receipt of this amendment via email no later than the extended deadline.
Please note that no further extensions or discussions will be entertained after the amended deadline. Vendors are encouraged to carefully review their submissions to ensure compliance with the solicitation requirements by the stated deadline.
This amendment is issued in accordance with applicable federal contracting regulations and standards.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), intends to award a firm fixed price, competed, contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Liberty, North Carolina. The requirement is for services which includes Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, maintenance, transportation, tools, material, supervision, training, and other items necessary to provide required reagents and automated analyzers for coagulation testing. Contractor shall meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and Exhibits. Reagents will be ordered on an as needed basis. The proposed contract period of performance will be an order period from 01 May 2024 – 31 July 2030.
The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-25-Q-A045.
