Element B - Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)

Element B Online Instruments docuses on behavior in three interpersonal content areas which incldue; inclusion, control and openness. inclusion looks at an individuals desired amount of contact with people. Control is concerned with achieving the desired amount of control over people. The last interpersonal content area is an indivudal desire amount of openness. The results support the Army's mission by teaching civilians more about themselves to support developing alliances, partnerships, negotiations, and multi-team operations. The Element B online instruments directly contribute to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC)'s Accreditation of Training Operations Management Activity (TOMA)-validated Programs of Instructions (POIs).
