Description:

The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor,
materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for bi-annual inspection, maintenance,
and servicing eleven (11) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, in accordance
with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance
