• Phase 1 – Proof of Concept
• Phase 2 – Configuration of Platform
• Phase 3 – Platform Implementation and Organizational Rollout
• Phase 4 - Maintenance and Support
When applicable, The City may purchase associated software upgrades and features upgrades and features to support the project's scope. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between awarded parties to efficiently address any issues impacting CPS operations.
