Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure meeting space with audio visual equipment, lodging, meals and refreshments for DNR 2025 Forestry All Admin Meeting February 25-27, 2025 within the North Metro Area of Minnesota (Maple Grove, Brooklyn Center, Fridley, New Brighton will be accepted) for approximately 50 attendees as detailed in attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1.
Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event.
DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications.
All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event.
DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments
