Notes	Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members. As part of the 2023 Bond Program, The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the Expansion of Exterior Cameras and Support Network at LISD High Schools and 9th Grade Campuses in critical areas, specifically targeting parking lots and outbuildings to create an increase in camera coverage. Installation will also encompass the necessary infrastructure to supply power and data to the newly installed cameras. High schools and 9th Grade Campus locations included in this project: 1. Hebron High School - 4207 Plano Parkway Carrollton, TX 75010 4. Hebron High School 9th Grade Campus - 4211 Plano Parkway Carrollton, TX 75010 5. Lewisville High School - 1098 W. Main Street Lewisville, TX 75067 6. Lewisville High School Harmon - 1250 West Round Grove Road Lewisville, TX 75067 7. Lewisville High School Killough - 1301 Summit Avenue Lewisville, TX 75077 8. Marcus High School - 5707 Morriss Road Flower Mound, TX 75028 9. Marcus High School 9th Grade Campus - 5707A Morriss Road Flower Mound, TX 75028 10. The Colony High School - 4301 Blair Oaks The Colony, TX 75056 This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269. Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $2 million. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP. The estimated completion date for this project: December 2025. This date may change as the project is developed. The engineering drawings and specifications provided from Estes, McClure and Associates for this project is outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
