The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) and will be hosting a virtual pre-solicitation conference. The date for the pre-solicitation conference is 09 December 2024 and will begin at 2:00 PM CET.

REQUIREMENT:

The Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) is a multiple award, Indefinite Quantity Indefinitely Delivery (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address 86th Civil Engineer Group (86 CEG) need for a full range of service requirements to include Facility, Real Property, and Real Property Installed Equipment Total Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Housing Maintenance. in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform each requirement solicited through the contract on a task order basis.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The presolicitation provides 700 CONS and 86 Civil Engineer Group (CEG) an opportunity to communicate directly with interested vendors.

The goal of the presolicitation conference is to receive industry feedback on the KISS solicitation, identify ambiguities within the documents and ensure that the solicitation is understood by all contractors.

Vendors are not required to participate in the presolicitation conference to submit a proposal, but are highly encouraged to attend. All information given by the government during the presolicitation conference, is subject to change and is not binding.

Interested vendors need to e-mail both Government Points of Contact listed below by no later than COB 04 December 2024, to receive the Microsoft Teams link for the meeting:
