The Village of Swanton hereby request Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to update and create Water Department Guidance Documents including:
•        2018 Asset Management Plan- update
•        Capital Improvement Plan- develop the plan based on an updated Asset Management Plan
•        Emergency Response Plan- develop for compliance with the American Water Investment Act (AWIA) requirements. Permit deadline: complete by June 2026
