The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Technology Transformation Services (TTS) Acquisition Division provides public notice of call order award no. 47QPCA25F0012 issued against GSA MAS Contract No. GS-00F-178DA, BPA No. 47QPCA24A0009 to LexisNexis Special Services, Inc., 1150 18TH ST NW, STE 250, Washington, DC 20036-3820. This award was made on the basis of a limited source justification in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) - Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
The Login.gov program requires a bridge contract with LexisNexis Special Services, Inc. (LNSSI) to provide continuity of critical identity verification services to allow for the award of new competitive BPA call orders, and the process to get the new identity verification products fully integrated into the Login.gov workflow and cleared through GSA’s IT security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process. The bridge contract action associated with this justification is necessary to provide GSA sufficient time to solicit, evaluate, negotiate and award new competitive call orders, as well as the post award management of the integration and authorization of these new solutions. As a result, GSA needs added time for continuity of service with LNNSI’s solution until other solutions can be fully operationalized.
