200.327, bids will be received by the City of Asheville for the project described as follows:
Description of Work:
Install approximately 390 ft of septic drain field lines to include 5 trenches. The septic field
shall meet the standards required by Buncombe's County Environmental Health. Permit
identifies the exact location where the lines must be installed along with all specifications
required to meet standards.
