Scope of Services
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking to procure tent, table, and chair rental services for the 2027 Florida Municipal Electric Association (FMEA) Lineman Rodeo Competition, scheduled for February 26 and 27, 2027, at NeoCity Lakefront in Kissimmee, Florida. The services shall include furnishing, delivery, installation, setup, breakdown, and removal of all rental equipment, including obtaining all required permits and inspections. The rental equipment shall include a 220` x 60` tent with temporary interior high bay lighting, a 60` x 60` tent with three sides, a 40` x 40` tent with temporary interior high bay lighting, approximately 25 individual 10` x 10` tents, one 20` x 20` tent, 130 folding tables, and 350 folding chairs. All tents must be properly anchored using methods suitable for the event site and installed in accordance with applicable fire and building codes. The vendor shall be responsible for coordinating all required permitting and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. All equipment must be delivered and installed no later than February 25, 2027, with breakdown beginning March 1, 2027. The selected vendor must demonstrate the ability to provide and coordinate the complete rental scope within the required event schedule, ensuring timely installation, safe operation, and removal of all equipment.
