One year maintenance and support renewal for Hitachi Storage Area Network (SAN) Brocade Switches & Routers and Commvault software for Ministry of Justice.
The two Hitachi SANs located in Calgary and Edmonton store the production data for RCAS and the Judiciary and are mission critical. Court Technology Services (CTS) requires a new contract for maintenance and support services for the SAN Brocade environment & Commvault Software, to continue to receive firmware upgrades, replacement of hardware that has failed, or is predicted to fail, technical support and troubleshooting of any problems.
The Hitachi SAN is comprised of brand specific equipment and software, so bidders must be certified Hitachi resellers.
Goods are available from various Hitachi authorized resellers.
