Pre-qualification Request
The purpose of this Prequalification Request (“PQR”) is to invite a number of experienced and qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to provide services for Hazardous Material Abatement within CBE Facilities. The CBE is seeking prequalified respondents to provide quotations for work required by the CBE in order to complete projects and provide services involving Hazardous Material Abatement. The scope of work will vary for each school and/or facility and will be dependent on CBE’S needs.

The types of hazardous building materials may include but are not limited to:
1. Abatement of asbestos-containing materials.
2. Abatement of lead containing building materials both inside and outside of the building envelope.
3. Abatement of mold, wet building materials, fungal and biological material.
4. Removal, preparation and disposal of PCB containing light ballasts.
5. Other hazardous materials as may be required.
