Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 9, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Patriot Hall Wings G & H Latrine Renovations located in North Little Rock, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752515
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on April 2, 2025, at Patriot Hall, 3500 Omaha Ave., Camp J.T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72118. Meet in the lobby. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th St, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (501) 372 4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics, Inc., 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.

Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
