6520 - Schick 33 Sensors and Starter Kits

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Schick 33 sensors and starter kits for use by the Lebanon VA Medical Center located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

To be considered for an award, all potential offerors must include a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This letter must confirm that the offeror is authorized to distribute/resell the Schick 33 sensors. Failure to include this letter of authorization with the quotation will result in the immediate elimination of the offer.
