Subcontracting Notice - BCJC New 500 Car Secure Garage - Early procurement Package

Project Description: Pursuant to Broward County Contract No.: RFP/RLI # PNC2119163P1 SPJV invites qualified firms to submit subcontractor bids for the BCJC NEW 500-Car Secure Garage – Early Procurement Package located at 201 SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301.
In order to be considered to submit a bid for this project, the bidder must be previously pre- qualified by SPJV or complete a pre-qualification form and be accepted prior to submitting a bid. Interested demolition subcontractors must meet certain, job-specific qualifications in order to be invited to bid, and therefore access to the bidding website, please contact Scott Larson via email; slarson@pirtleconstruction.com.
Failure to submit bids prior to the deadline shall be grounds for automatic disqualification of bid. Submittal of Sealed Bids will not be accepted by any other means, including S2G.
This solicitation includes a 30% participation goal for Certified Business Enterprises (CBE)
