Commercial And Residential Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), And Evaporative Cooler Contracts

Contractor(s) shall supply all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, permits,
vehicles, transportation and testing necessary for servicing, maintenance, installation and replacing HVAC systems, digital thermostats and providing evaporative cooler service and maintenance. The Contractor shall ensure equipment and systems operate at peak efficiency and optimal energy efficiencies per the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements for their systems for City owned housing properties located throughout the City of Phoenix. HVAC and evaporative cooler equipment and services will be on an “as required” basis and as specified herein. No commitment of quantities is implied, and the total amount of contract is dictated by available funds. Purchase and installation of new equipment including HVAC units, evaporative coolers, and digital thermostats.
