Title: Statistical Analysis System Software and Support Description:

The National Institute of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Center of Technology (CIT) to Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda, Maryland 20817-7836, for Statistical Analysis System software and support. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services. Executive Information Systems, LLC is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed.

It is NLM's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Executive Information Systems, LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6 Limited Sources.

Contractor Objectives and Tasks:

Period of Performance: Base year plus two (2) option years of Statistical Analysis System software and support.

Sole Source Justification

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Executive Information Systems, LLC is the only source capable of providing the required supplies and services.

This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by NLM. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Alice M. Sobsey, Contract Specialist at alice.sobsey@nih.gov by 12:00 noon EST on, December 20, 2024. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
