As part of its market research, the Defense Logistics Agency / Clothing & Textiles Directorate is issuing this RFI/Sources Sought to determine if there exist qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this RFI/Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking companies having an interest in and the capability to support this requirement for the following:

The result of this RFI/Sources Sought will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 315990 – Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing.

All information received in response to this RFI/Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.

The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of your company’s ability to deliver the Strap, Webbing (Crew Restraint Tether Assembly).

Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought should not exceed five (5) pages in length.

This RFI/Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of the Defense Logistics Agency / Clothing & Textiles’ market research. No Request for Proposal (RFP) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFP.

Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
