- Summary:The Work consists of Furnishing materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of approximately 5,430 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer main ranging in size from 10-inch to 24-inch diameter, including fourteen (14) manholes, fourteen (14) new site inspection ports (SIPs) and new service lateral installations, installation of approximately 3,820 linear feet of 12-inch water main, including installing four (4) fire hydrants, thirteen (13) new meter assemblies and new service line installations, a pressure reducing valve vault, interconnections, associated appurtenances, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration. Construction also includes a microtunnel installation of a 60-inch steel casing under Interstate 295 associated with the gravity sewer installation, and two (2) trenchless installations of a 24-inch and 36-inch steel casings under CSX railroad associated with the gravity sewer installation and water main installation.
