The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Berlin, Berlin, New Hampshire, issued an emergency award to Victory Supply for the acquisition of clothing and bedding items. Victory Supply was readily available to provide these items in an expidited manner, allowing for the sudden intake of detainees at the facility. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is and urgent and compelling procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-2).
