Description:

The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking a professional service vendor who can fulfill all obligations of this RFP and provide a fully automatic Commissary Service inclusive of all computer hardware and software that will integrate with the County’s existing Jail Management System (Tyler Technologies-Odyssey). The Sheriff’s Office is currently operating a jail facility utilizing a centralized booking and release system. Proposers are to provide all labor, supplies, and equipment required to run a jail commissary cart service for a total current maximum population of 362 inmates with a daily average of 320 inmates. The maximum population may increase to 600 within the year after the dormitory construction is complete.
