RFP - Request For Proposal
Description
The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals for bank credit products (the “Bank Facilities”) for 1) the $425,000,000 lease revenue commercial paper program for general capital improvements and acquisitions and equipment (the “General MICLA CP Program”), and 2) the $100,000,000 Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center lease revenue commercial paper program (the “LACC CP Program”). The City is seeking pricing and terms for direct-pay letters of credit only. Proposers may provide direct-pay letter of credit proposals on either or both the General MICLA CP Program and LACC CP Program.
