Regional Multicultural Magnet School Renovation
The Project is comprised of interior renovations to the mezzanine, second and fourth levels of the Regional Multicultural Magnet School (RMMS), an existing four story 65,460 square foot facility located at 1 Bulkeley Place in New London Connecticut. This facility currently offers instruction to grades k-5 this project is to begin on or about July 1, 2025 and is contingent upon grant funding authorization. The majority of the interior renovations are to be completed during the unoccupied summer months. See attached for details.
