Scopes of work are typical and include, interior demolition of existing finishes, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, security , HVAC controls, minor building envelope. Refer to design drawings and specifications for full scope of work.

This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Quote Submission that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status.
