NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Lincoln County will hold a public auction of surplus real property at www.publicsurplus.com. The Auction will end on September 2, 2026, and the following items will be auctioned:

Properties sold will be conveyed by Quit Claim Deed. Prospective bidders must do their own due diligence regarding the properties. Lincoln County makes no warranties or representations as to the title conveyed, the purchaser’s right of possession, the accuracy of the description of the real estate or improvements, whether the property is buildable or developable, whether the property complies with applicable zoning regulations, whether the property is habitable or in any particular condition or any other warranties or representation related to the property being sold. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and make awards as deemed to be in the best interest of Lincoln County, SD. If a bid is accepted, the tax deed property will be conveyed to the successful bidder by Quit Claim Deed upon payment in full.
