The following attachments have been added: Attachment 6 - Q and A, Attachment 7 - Dexron Vi, Attachment 8 - Power Cool, Attachment 9 - Oil, and Attachment 10 - Current Oil Storage & Dispensing System.
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of an Oil Storage & Dispensing System at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.
The Oil Storage & Dispensing System must comply with the salient
characteristics, specifically:
1. Working height of 104” (Min)
2. Working width of 90” (Min)
3. At least six, 65-gal aluminized steel, rectangular containers
4. Two, 32” x 84” upright frames
5. Four, 70” wide crossbeams
6. Six, glass-tube sight gauges
7. Six, gravity-fed supply lines that link to a self-closing valve
8. One, 115V, 8gpm, self-priming gear pump
9. One, 70” drip pan with wire mesh and NPT drain
10. One, three section spill containment pan with overfill piping to connect the sections together
11. Containment pan brackets
12. PVC discharge hose with quick disconnects
13. Reinforced PVC suction hose with suction tube
14. Top-mounted air vents
15. All required hoses and fittings for assembly
Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 14 January 2025 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333914. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
