Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, Second Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 . Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work:
Henry Street Reconstruction 2026-08For the contract documents and plans please call the Office of the City Engineer, (607)Â 772-7007, to coordinate pick up. Copies may be obtained by a $50.00, non-refundable, payment (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per disk.
