Summary

The City of Portsmouth is seeking an experienced and qualified firm or team of firms to respond to Engineering and Architectural Services for the Municipal Building Improvements Project . Proposals are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth . Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025 .

Project work includes preliminary schematic architectural and engineering services sufficient to develop design alternatives for the program needs of the Portsmouth Police Department at the existing Municipal Complex at 1 Junkins Avenue. This project is envisioned to include renovations to the existing Police Facility as well as related renovations and additions to the City Hall Complex to improve the delivery of municipal services.
