Westbank First Nation ("WFN") is seeking Submissions from qualified Proponents ("Proponents") in response to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for
the Consulting Services for Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (the
"Project")
