The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide professional services supporting the Regional Construction Standards (RCS) program. The selected contractor will assist the HRPDC in coordinating stakeholder collaboration, maintaining and updating regional construction standards, supporting committee activities, and administering related training, outreach, and program resources. These services will ensure the Regional Construction Standards remain current, consistent, and effective for use by local governments, utilities, contractors, and consultants across the Hampton Roads region.
