1. The proposal due date is hereby extended from September 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to September 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

Important Notes:
Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms.
Section B.2, page 5, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission.
Section L, Paragraph L.2, page 35, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal.
All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 2 September 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT.
A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will not be held.
In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
