FY27 Quarterly Pest Control at Hope Hull NGA & AASF #1

Vendor to provide FY26 general pest control service at the following Army National Guard locations:

Fort Shepherd (Hope Hull NGA): 4555 Bobby Hogan Drive, Hope Hull, AL. (54,709 SQFT + 2,600 SQFT Supporting Buildings)
AASF #1: 4672 Bobby Hogan Drive, Hope Hull, AL. (52,139 SQFT + 10,103 SQFT Supporting Buildings)

*VENDORS MUST BID ALL OR NONE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD*

Service Period: 10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027

Facilities to be serviced and invoiced on a quarterly basis.

Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service.

All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2027.

Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.

Vendor Paid in Arrears.

General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects.General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.
