Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as the removal of the existing landscape berm surrounding portions of the building, site re-grading to improve drainage, and redesign of the landscape and irrigation system using low-maintenance, water-efficient materials. The scope also includes sacking of concrete walls following removal of the berms, as well as rehabilitation of adjacent concrete surfaces, including the loading dock on the north side of the building. An add-alternate has been included for removal of the existing stem walls surrounding the building.
