QUAIL HEIGHTS STORMWATER POND
Questions:
1. Confirm which bid documents are required to submit with the bid.
A. All documents requiring signature excluding Construction Agreement.
2. Please provide geotechnical data / borings for the site.
A. Subsurface data and geotechnical reports are provided for general
informational and reference purposes only, are not part of the contract
documents, and their accuracy, completeness, or reliability are not
guaranteed or warranted by the Owner. See attached.
3. Can the dirt be stockpiled onsite or does it need to be exported away from site?
A. Excavated material will be required to be exported from the site and
will be the contractor's responsibility.
4. Are there any CAD files available for this project?
A. CAD files will be made available to whichever firm is awarded the
contract.
5. Have borings been performed within the stormwater pond area?
A. Subsurface data and geotechnical reports are provided for general
informational and reference purposes only, are not part of the contract
documents, and their accuracy, completeness, or reliability are not
guaranteed or warranted by the Owner. See attached.
6. Should there be any excavated material not required to construct the stormwater
pond, will it be the contractor's responsibility to export from site?
A. Excavated material will be required to be exported from the site and
will be the contractor's responsibility.
7. Will the contractor become the owner of any excess material created from excavation
of the stormwater pond?
A. Yes
