CONTINUING GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Questions:
1. Should the proposal be organized into eight (8) separate tabs corresponding to the
bulleted submittal requirements on page 16, or should we use the six (6) evaluation
criteria listed on page 18 as the tab headings, incorporating the eight required items
within those sections?
a. Organize by eight (8) separate tabs discussed on page 16.
2. On page 16 bullet 3, it states resumes of all personnel and their professional license are
required. Is professional license included in the 25-page count?
a. One Professional License per resume (not counted in the 2 page limit),
additional licenses should be included in Additional Attachments. Additional
Attachments are not included in the page count.
3. Are resumes, references letters for the 5 projects and possibly professional license be
included as an attachment?
a. The five (5) recent projects with a client reference letter should be included in
the respective tab discussed on page 16, any additional materials should be
included as Additional Attachments.
4. Page 16 lists Subconsultants and Project Management Approach, Schedule, Budget &
Cost/Benefit as two separate requirements. Should these be in separate tabs, or can
they be combined into one tab while addressing each requirement individually?
a. Separate Tabs.
