Description: The University at Buffalo seeks a consultant to conduct a historic architectural assessment of the buildings and grounds on two of our three campuses. The assessment will center around buildings built approximately forty-five (45) or more years ago on the University’s North and South Campuses. This assessment will become the historic framework study of our university, which will inform our campus design standards and establish guidelines/ recommendations for building renovations, additions, and new construction on campus. Anticipated effective start date is 4/7/2025. Anticipated completion date is 10/3/2025.
