NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract SECONDARY SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING FOR CNAs, LPNs AND RNs 26-073-DCC on or before September 22, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage ("County") is only accepting proposals electronically at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking qualified bidders to provide supplemental temporary / agency staffing services for Nursing positions of Register Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for its Care Center located at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Services shall include clinical assessments, interventions, direct care which includes bathing, feeding, dressing, medication administration, responding to incidents and clinical events and completing required documentation for the DuPage County Care Center. The awarded bidder shall provide services as required to ensure a comprehensive and successful program.
