ADDENDUM NO. 2

TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS

For the construction of the

South Parkway Water Treatment Plant Clearwell Facilities Rehabilitation Project

To All Planholders:

The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the Contract

Documents and Drawings for the South Parkway Water Treatment Plant Clearwell Facilities

Rehabilitation project for Huntsville Utilities fully and completely as if the same were set forth

therein:

1. Project bid opening will be delayed 1 week. The revised bid opening date and time shall

be Friday, August 21st, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

2. The allowable down time per clear well shall be extended from 2 weeks per clearwell to 1

month per clearwell. The total contract time remains unchanged at 90 days.
