Construction Management (CM) Services for Modular Medical Units

The State of Florida, Department of Corrections, Bureau of Procurement has released Request for Qualifications (RFQual), RFQual-25-031, Construction Management (CM) Services for Modular Medical Units, requesting qualifications from CM Firms to provide services for prefabricated modular medical units at Lowell Correctional Institution, located at 11120 NW Gainesville Rd., Ocala, Florida 34482-1479, and South Florida Reception Center, located at 14000 NW 41st Street, Doral, Florida 33178-3003. Firms who respond must include a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida at the time of qualification submission. Further, if a corporation or partnership, the Firm must be registered by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of application.
