Contractor agrees to provide drainage structure debris and sediment removal and analysis on an on-call, as needed basis by issuance of a Service Request to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform on an on-call, as needed basis, drainage structure cleaning of state right-of-ways along State Highways.
