   3. Key Dates:
      1. Project Out for Bid: Thursday, April 30, 2026, via Building Connected, see 00 2113 Instruction to Bidders.
      2. Cutoff Date for Substitution Requests: Monday, May 11, 2026 at 12 PM CT. All substitution requests to be submitted thru Building Connected.
      3. Cutoff Date for Questions: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 12 PM CT. All questions to be submitted thru Building Connected.
      4. Bid Due Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 2 PM CT thru Building Connected.
   4. Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company and Contegrity Group has been selected as Agency Construction Manager by Stearns County to administer the construction of Stearns County Justice Center.
      1. The overall project consists of 482,000 SF, a 270 bed Jail, 11 courtrooms, a law library, Sheriff’s Office, County Attorney’s Office, Emergency Management, and other justice related spaces.
      2. The work will be constructed in accordance with the Project Schedule 01 3210.
   5. Work Included in this Offering: We are presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for the following portions of work as defined herein.
      1. Work Scope 4A – Masonry at Jail Only defined on drawing A1.1E and as defined in Section 01 1200.
      2. Work Scope 4B – Masonry at Balance of Project defined on drawing A1.1E and as defined in Section 01 1200.
      3. Work Scope 14A – Elevators as defined in Section 01 1200.

1. Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of amount of maximum bid submitted (including additive alternates) in the form of a paper bid bond. Bid security shall be made payable to Stearns County (Owner), as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid. This bid security must be uploaded to Building Connected’s website.
