The Base Bid Project improvements will generally include construction to remove portions of the concrete channel walls of Corte Madera Creek downstream of Stadium Way pedestrian bridge, grading and earthwork to restore a natural creek bank, and installation of erosion and scour protection logs along the toe of the channel. Access will be through a temporary easement with the College of Marin, and work will be adjacent to the multi-use path and a residential neighborhood of Kentfield. Work within the dewatered creek channel is limited to take place between September 1st and October 15th.
