The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 25-0057 to solicit proposals from organizations that can provide an Independent Living Program-Transitional Housing Program (ILP-THP). The ILP-THP is a housing opportunity for former foster youth (DCFS/Probation), ages 18-21, who are ILP-THP eligible, have a closed case, and are at-risk of homelessness.
