    The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District, has determined that there is one company, HCI - The Hoosier Company, Inc., which can provide the REACT 350 Attenuator System and related repair parts for the React 350 Attenuator System. To the best of our knowledge, HCI is the sole regional authorized distributor. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one year and in association with the needs described. Contract period will be March 19,2026 - March 18,2027.
