Public Depository Designations and Banking Services - RFP

The Licking County Treasurer’s Office seeks applications and proposals for Public Depository Designations and Banking Services for the County of Licking for a four (4) year period beginning on October 31, 2025 and ending October 30, 2029. Sealed proposals should be submitted to the Licking County Commissioners’ Office, 20 South Second Street, Newark, Ohio 43055. Proposals must be received no later than August 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Proposals should have the project name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and should include two (2) original copies. Sealed proposals will be opened on August 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Licking County Commissioners’ Office.
