Description

The City of Spokane, through its Wastewater Management's Stormwater Program, is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Individuals/Firms interested in providing Implementation Services for the Grants for Regional or Statewide Significance (GROSS) Easter Region Stormwater Education Project.
