PUBLIC NOTICE
SUMMIT COUNTY GOVERNMENT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Summit County Government is receiving sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for Third-Party Medical Plan Administration.

Said proposals will be accepted by electronic submissions by the office of the Human Resources via the BidNet Direct website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/ until 3:00 pm MST/MDT on May 9, 2025.

  1. Release date: Monday, March 24, 2025
  2. Inquiry and questions due: Friday, April 11, 2025

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and recorded. The Contract will be awarded to the most qualified bidder(s) who best meets the requirement of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive bid.
