NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC

Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as

listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.

Single Source – Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

The identified vendor will:

1. Provide Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services for the Shelby County Government

facility located at 160 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN, supporting a 10 Gbps internet

connection.

2. Maintain the County's existing internet service configuration and bandwidth to ensure

uninterrupted connectivity and continuity of operations.

3. Provide ongoing network monitoring, maintenance, and technical support to ensure

reliable service and timely resolution of service interruptions.

4. Provide service under the existing agreement terms, including renewal of the current

service for a 12-month term without interruption.

Procurement Timing/Deadlines:

1. Goods and services should be delivered from 07/01/26 through 06/30/27

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on

the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
